My home was forclosed on 2yrs ago after my real estate agent tried for 2 long years to short sale it. Mortgager #1 denied all offers for the first 1.5yrs, while 2nd mortgager was agreeable. Final offer was finally accepted by Mortgager #1 but 2nd mortgager completely blocked the sale by rejecting offer. Now 2nd mortgager still sends me mortgage bills and calls me daily to try to collect this debt! They also report my payment as LATE EVERY MONTH! Is there any way to get them to leave me be? Do they have the legal right to harass me even though they are the reason I went through this foreclosure?

My mother recently passed away & she had a live in boyfriend. Everything was left to us like her house & I was wondering how we go about having her boyfriend move out? What should we do? We have all the legal documents stating her house is now our house but have no idea what to do about getting him out. How does eviction work when he's got no rights to the house or anything else?

I am new to Arizona so I am not aware, but I move here in August listed in my lease it says my rent in $874.00 the amount for taxes is not listed however I am charged taxes. Also my lease says if I am late on my rent after the 2nd there is a late fee of $50 and thereafter it will be $10. After the 5th day I received a 5 day notice on my door in which they charged me $25 for putting a 5 day notice on my door and they taxed the $25. That amount is not in my lease. Is this legal? shouldn't both the tax amt and the 5 day notice fee be listed in my lease?

I have established a visitation agreement with my daughters paternal grandmother (father side) and we have only had one visitation on Oct 5th. The last two visits she knew about a month before they were supposed to happen and the times. Both times she made an excuse as to why she couldn't make it at the very last minute and they were silly excuses(job for first excuse and 2nd can't find the place but she was across the street??)I feel that she is violating the order, what can I do?
