  • I accepted a plea agreement for a diversion program in which i needed to complete a specified ammount of classes and then my charge would be dropped... About half way through, i was arrested on a different matter and spent a week in jail before the charges were dropped... I was released on the new charges but now i have a warrant for not completing the terms of the program... Im really worried about wether or not they will let me go back to doing the classes or if ill have to go to prison... Anysuggestions?? Also I am a veteran.. Is there anywhere i can get free legal advice or a lawyer..

  • I see repeatedly in agreements that Tenant is "responsible" for insuring the mobile home. The Act itself doesn't address this, and the agreements also state the Act supersedes the agreements. Is insuring the mobile home a "requirement" in Arizona, or a Tenant "responsibility" which a Tenant could choose to do or not do?
  • I leased my house to a couple with a teenage daughter. It has been month to month after the first year. The wife signed the lease in her name only and then the couple divorced.
