QUESTIONS

  • I have a buyer for my mobile home and the mobile home park that I rent a space from told me I can not sell my mobile home until I fix the cracked concrete driveway and remove a storage shed that was there when I purchased the home 20 yrs ago. Is this legal?
  • who is responsible for taking care of a major issue of fleas in over half of the mobile home park? we just lease the spot our mobile homes are on.
  • Can my landlord evict me if I don't pay them for accidental damage to a carport/storage area that they had their insurance company pay for?
  • Child was born out of wedlock. Father filed for custody in Yavapai county but child lives in Maricopa county. Is the petition valid or does the father need to refile in Maricopa county?
  • I just signed a lease and took possession of a property I'm renting. When I did the walk through I found that the house only had 2 screens on the windows. I called to tell the broker and was informed that window screens were not included. The house is also missing cupboard knobs, smoke detectors are broken and other issues. I came into this deal in good faith, but I am very afraid that I am dealing with a slum lord. What can I do?

  • What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Behind my back they stole my accounts and next thing I know they closed about a 1,000,000 in business that was rightfully mine. Do I have legal rights? Our company rules of conduct / ethics and policy stAtes that no other reps are allowed to go into other assigned accounts nor other territory that is assigned to other sales reps. This all happened during the time I did not have a current manager in place because my manager left the company and the company was looking for new manager to fill that position. As I stated I had a temp manager who was not my manager. Please advise
