How to Access Your Attorney List
Enter the 6-digit code given to you by the Legal Contact Center Phone System then click NEXT. Clicking NEXT will open the Modest Means or Military Legal Assistance Project request form. Provide the information requested on the page. Next, read the terms and check the box if you agree and click SUBMIT. Once your request is submitted, a list of participating attorneys will appear on the screen along with other important information. This list of attorneys will also be emailed to the email address provided on the request page. If you do not receive the email containing the list of attorneys, please be sure to check your spam and junk filters or folders. If you have still not received the referral list by email, contact info@azflse.org using the subject line : CODE ISSUE, write your six digit code in the email and explain the problem you are having.
The Modest Means Project Summary (READ the emailed forms for further important details)
The Modest Means Project gives you a one-hour consultation with an attorney for $75 fee.
Once you receive a list research and choose an attorney from this list, then call to make an appointment stating that you are part of the Modest Means Project.
The attorney may ask you for your Modest Means identification number to verify you have been through this program. That number will be listed on the top of your form.
Schedule your appointment with the attorney.
On the day of your appointment be prepared to pay the $75 fee.
The Modest Means Project only guarantees a one-hour appointment with an attorney. However, you and the attorney may agree to continue representation, should this occur the attorney agrees to pay you at the rate of $75 per hour.

The Arizona Military Assistance Project gives you a one-hour consultation with an attorney for free.
Once you receive a list research and choose an attorney from this list, then call to make an appointment stating that you are part of the Arizona Military Assistance Project.
The attorney may ask you for your Arizona Military Assistance Project identification number to verify you have been through this program. That number will be listed on the top of your form.

The Arizona Military Assistance Project only guarantees a one-hour appointment with an attorney. However, you and the attorney may agree to continue representation, should this occur the representation will be pro bono.
