I have three daughters 7,5 and 2 they was born in AZ. Me and the mother of my kids split up 2 years ago and I moved back home to WV last year. Since then I’ve been trying to talk/see(FaceTime) the kids and she has ignored me 95% of the time. I do pay her monthly($500-$700). Now when I don’t pay her daily for her drug use, she wants to file for abandonment on me. Can she do that?

I have a question regarding medical insurance. When we were divorced 11 years ago my ex husband was ordered to carry the medical insurance on our son. He was fired from his job about a year ago and found something else that did not have medical insurance so he applied for a "discount" medical card. I have since put our son on my medical insurance to make sure that he has the best coverage. Is there any way to have him pay the premium?

I would like to enforce my divorce decree. In the decree my ex husband was to buy me out of a portion of our business. He had 2 years to buy out my portion with an agreed upon amount. He is refusing to do so. What do I need to file in order to enforce this? The business is still operating and he is employed by it.

I recently purchased a car and put it in my girlfriends name because she has the drivers license and I currently do not also she agreed to sign a public notary stating that I am the sole owner of the vehicle and we only put the car in her name because she had a license at the time and I did not and for insurance purposes. Now my question of course would be does that legally protect me from her having legal ownership of the vehicle say if hypathetically we break up and she decides to try and take my car.

The mother of my daughter lives with an abusive boyfriend and his 5 children. I currently have joint custody of my daughter and a split parenting plan. My daughter is being emotionally abused and has been required to see a therapist for physically hurting herself (she is only 8). The therapist told me I need to keep her out of that environment but I can't find any real information on emergency legal decision making and parenting time change in Pima county. The mother has threatened to move out of the country with my daughter if I try to take her back to court. What can I do??

Have Lived at the same complex for the past 3 years. The complex has new owners for the past several months. Old management used to give me (at my request) a copy of my check with the stamp and /or signature of received. Deadline to pay the rent is the 3rd of each month. Now the new management refuses to hand me a receipt before the 4th of the month. My question is, where is the proof that I handed the check to them in time to avoid late fees? There lot of rumors among neighbors that they are trying to scare people out to renovate more units and raise the rent. What are my rights? Thank you.
