Question: I have been ordered to pay support but cannot due to staying home with other child. There has been a warrant issued for my arrest, what do i do?
Answer: Information on calculating and modifying child support payments can be found on the DES website. Family Court Services in the Superior Court of the county that issued the arrest warrant can provide information on the warrant and explain whether payment can be arranged to avoid arrest. AzLawHelp.org has a list of the phone numbers for the clerks of the Superior Courts by county, which can be accessed here.
