Question: So the father of my two children has been given the amount of 549 for a court order child support he is only depositing 300 or 200 I would like to have his employer remove the funds from his check how can I do that? Also he is not working under his legal name ?
Answer: The Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) has a Division of Child Support Services. They can assist with delinquent child support payments. Their website is: https://www.azdes.gov/az_child_support/
