Question: My son turned 16 and quit going to high school can child support be stopped if he is no longer enrolled in school
Answer: Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 25-501 states that a parent is obligated to pay child support until a child reaches his or her majority (18). The only exception may be if your child has gone to court and has a court order that legally emancipates him.
