Child Support
questions & answers
Question: If the non-custodial parents moves out of state who is responsible for travel cost for the non-custodial parent to see the child.
Answer: If the parties cannot agree on a way to divide the costs, you may need to go back to court and ask the judge to address the issue. There is no hard and fast rule. The Arizona Child Support Guidelines state that the judge will decide this issue if the parents cannot agree. Travel expenses are separate and apart from child support.
