questions & answers
Question: Is it possible to file for divorce without knowing the spouse's SSN? She did not have a SSN when we married and I don't have any paperwork with her SSN on it. We're not on speaking terms, but I do know her address.
Answer: The social security number is not necessary on the initial paperwork in Arizona, however, it may be required on other forms such as worksheet for alimony, child support, etc. You may want to contact an attorney for further instructions.
