Domestic Violence
questions & answers
Question: I need to track the creation, revisions, amendments to Arizona Revised Statute 13-3601, specifically in relation to mandatory arrest laws during domestic violence calls. How do i do that? Thank you!
Answer: In order to look up the legislative history of a statute you may want to go to a law library and ask the librarian for assistance. Some city libraries have law books and research tools available. A person can do legislative history research through books or through legal research software. If there is a law school near you, you may be able to do legal research at the law school's law library.
