Question: Can my mom get a judge to make me stay at home even though I'm 18 until I graduate highschool?

Answer:

It looks like you are wondering what type of rights of emancipation you may have from your mother. A minor may seek emancipation from her parent at the age of 16 or older.  There are a number of items you have to present to the court to prove that you are self-sufficient.  Take a look at the link below for guidance in the process:

It is likely since you are 18, that you have control over your own comings and goings unless you have some type of disability or mental illness that the court would find you incapable of sustaining yourself on your own.  However, if none of that is the case, and you are still living with our parents, you may have to comply with their wishes if you require their support at the age of 18.
