Name Change
questions & answers
Question: I have not change my name after marriage but now i want to nominate my son .Can I do this without changing my name as our names arent match?
Answer: A parent wanting to change the name of their child's to match their own is one of the most common reasons warranting a name change. The procedure is fairly simple and can be done without a lawyer's assistance. One must fill out the necessary forms and submit them at their local court. These forms can be found at the Self Service Center of the Maricopa County Superior Court, or in person at your county superior court.
