Name Change
questions & answers
Question: Hello, I got my name changed in Tucson years ago, but can't find the document proof! I've moved away from the area to another state. Is there a way I can get the proof of a name change paper mailed to me?
Answer: Your best bet is to contact the Clerk of the Court for Pima County. If you look at the Clerk's website, there is a section where you can look up cases. By looking up your case online, you should be able to get your case number. Armed with the case number, you should be able to get a copy of the name change order.
