Question: I have a class six felony for endangerment i had my friend in the car in 2007 first endangerment charge and was'nt speeding no accidents and i also got a dui at the same time can i get these charges expunged of my record and they made the endangerment charge a non designated i just don't understand at that time when i signed the plea need help getting these charges of my record
