Question: If a detective refuses to ask your side of the story or aknowledge that you injured and makes it apparent that he thinks your guilty in order to get you to drop charges against the state are they committing any form of abuse?
Answer: It depends on the circumstances and how the detective acted. If it somehow prevents you from having a fair trial, if you are charged with an offense, it could be an issue that you may raise with the judge.
