Answer: Under Arizona Revised Statute 13-604 a class six undesignated felony may be reduced to a misdemeanor. In order to get an undesignated class 6 felony reduced to a misdemeanor an application must be filed with the court. To qualify to have a class six undesignated felony designated a misdemeanor you must not have been convicted of two felony offenses before admitting to or being found guilty of the class 6 undesignated felony. The class six felony must not have involved the intentional or knowing infliction of serious physical injury, or involve the discharge, use or threatening exhibition of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.
