Question: My adult probation officer informed me that she was "required by law" to receive a notarized letter from my employer - I asked if there was a standard format letter I could review and she said no. I have no issue verifying employment through typical means but I feel a letter that is arbitrary is a bit unfair. I just want someone to show me the "required by law" part???
Answer: Check out the FAQ's on the Superior Court website to see what is required from the probation officer https://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/AdultProbation/AdultProbationInformation/faq.asp link and post
