Question: i was arrested for ars 13-3408 and ars 13-3407 and given probation. i did not comply with probation and was arrested and held without bond. what may happen to me as far as sentencing?
Answer: A violation of your probation terms will usually result in a hearing. If the prosecuting attorney is able to prove that you have violated your probation terms the judge will proceed to sentencing. Many things could happen during sentencing, the court may extent your probation time, add additional terms to your probation, have you spend a brief period of time in jail, or completely revoke you probation and have you serve the rest of your sentence in prison. When deciding on sentencing, the judge will look at factors of the violation, was it a small offense, how many pervious violations have you had, etc. http://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-charges/probation-violation.html
