Question: After being fired from my job I began collecting unemployment. Now they are fighting it . They have not appeared for the phone hearing and now are re-appealing. How do I get help?

Once a claim is open, it can be reviewed at anytime to ensure you still meet the requirements of unemployment benefits. First step should be contacting DES and reviewing you file with them.
