Question: My packages go straight to the office at my apartments everyone's does. Why do they have to take pictures of my packages big or tiny before they let me have them. And then I have to sign for them. They are not the post office. I don't want pictures taken.
Answer: Presumably, the office has provided you with some sort of explanation as to why they feel that it is necessary to photograph tenants’ deliveries. You may want to ask the landlord directly about whether or not and why this is property policy. Unfortunately, unless you have reason to believe that the office is acting unlawfully, your best course of action may be to have your own deliveries sent elsewhere. If you have further questions, you may wish to contact the Office of the Arizona Attorney General (https://www.azag.gov/).
