Question: I slipped and fell into someone when shopping at a store, at the time the person I fell into made a big deal out of it, the police were called I explained to them what happened and I was not cited now 2 months later the state picks it up and I have to go to court, can they do this and can I sue the store for slipping and falling into this person?
