Question: I was arrested and charged for dangerous drug and drug paraphanella possesion and sentenced to 5 yrs unsupervised probation 12 weeks drug classes and tasc i never did any of those i have a warrant for failure to appear is this considered a felony warrant

Answer: If the original charges were dangerous drug and drug paraphanelia and were classified as felony charges, it may be a felony warrant. It may also depend on which court you appeared in (Municipal court would handle misdemeanor charges, Superior court would handle felony charges). If the orginal charge was felong and would be reduced to misdemeanor if you completed the drug classes and any other stipulations, it may have reverted back to the felony because the sentence was not completed. You may want to speak with a criminal attorney to see what your options are.
