Question: My girlfriend was on my phone plan for sprint, i was the only one with ownership at the time and she stole my information and put her under ownership walked into a sprint store and took the phone off my plan. mind you the phone is mine and now sprint charged a few fees for cancellation. i can not get in contact with her and she has my phone and wont pay. what should i do? what can i do?
Answer: You may want to speak with a representative from your phone company and remove her from your plan and inform them of the situation. If they will not do anything, you may want to contact an attorney to see what type of civil actions you may file against your girlfriend to seek reimbursement for the fees and return of the phone.
