Title 33 Chapter 11), there are rules and regulations that determine what the rights and responsibilities of the mobile home park landlord and the tenant are after a tenant who owns a mobile home has been evicted from the rented space on which the mobile home sits. Many, but not all, of the policies that apply to a mobile home park tenant regarding the sale or removal of a mobile home during the tenancy continue to apply to the tenant after the tenant’s eviction.
