Landlord and Tenant - Mobile Home Parks

questions & answers

Question: I own my home/rent lot, in 55+ m/h park, my house burnt down 3/7 I was told my responsibility to move it. I don't know how, and I can't afford. LL states will move it if I sign over title. Is that ok? What's the catch? Can I still live in this park? Is this a usual practice? Please advise, I want to stay in this park

Answer: You may want to seek legal advice. There are links to free and low-cost legal services on this website (at http://www.azlawhelp.org/accessToJustice).
