Question: If your car is repoed how long do u have to get it back

Answer: That is ultimately up to the lender. In most situations your vehicle is sold at an auction, often for much less than what you owe. The lender may decide to come after you in court for the difference between what you owe and the amount received in the auction, which is called a deficiency. I would recommend you speak with the lender and see if there are options for you to get the vehicle back. Every lender is different and may have different ways to deal with these types of situations. Some examples could be; refinance, pay the past due amount you owe plus fees and interest, etc. Again, these options are dictated by the lender. If you feel there this repossession was in error, you may want to consider speaking with an attorney and providing a more in-depth background of the case.
