Unfair Sales Practices and Consumer Fraud
questions & answers
Question: A company will not give me my money back? what do I do? Do I bring them to court?
Answer: This is difficult to answer as you don't say why the company will not give you money back. If the company has a no return policy, they won't refund your money. If you are in dispute with a company and the money amount is less than $3500, you can file in small claims court. If the amount is over $3500, you would file in Superior court of your county. You may want to speak with an attorney.
