Question: I've been handling my divorce on my own. So far I've found all the forms online. Now I've run into a wall, I can't find where to download the forms, that will get me subpoenas, or tell me how/where to get em. If anyone can help with this, I'd be very grateful.

Requirements of Subpoena

Every subpoena must:
•State the name of the Arizona court from which it is issued; and
•State the title of the action, the name of the court in which it is pending,
and its civil action number; and
•Command each person to whom it is directed to attend and give
testimony or to produce and permit inspection and copying of designated books, documents or tangible things in the possession, custody or control of that person, or to permit inspection of premises, at a time and place therein specified; and
•Set forth the recipients' rights and obligations under the subpoena.

Opposition’s duties In Responding To This Subpoena:

Defendant has the duty to produce documents requested in the usual course of business, or you may organize the documents and label them to correspond with the categories in the subpoena. See Rule 52(D)(1) of the Arizona Rules of Family Law
Procedure.
        ?If this subpoena asks you to produce and permit inspection and copying of designated books, papers, documents, tangible things, or the inspection of premises, you need not appear to produce the items unless  the subpoena states that you must appear for a deposition, hearing, or trial. See Rule 52(C)(2)(a) of the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure.

Objection to Subpoena

A person may object to a subpoena if they feel that they should not be required to respond to the request(s) made. Any objection to this subpoena must be made within 14 days after it is served or before the time specified for compliance.
