Question: If I have an abandoned motorcycle on my property, how do I legally go about getting the title in my name?
Answer: A.R.S. 28-4838 describes the legal obligations a party must go through to take possession of an abandoned vehicle. However, the easiest process would be to visit an MVD office with the vehicle information (VIN number, license plate, etc) and asking them to help get the process started.
