Question: What does "case purged" mean?
Answer: “Purge” means to remove and destroy records in a case file. Under section (D) of the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration, an individual can view the records that are capable of being purged.Contact the court in which the case is filed for direct information regarding their "purging" policies.
