Question: If I already have a Durable POA, and need to change my address how do I do this on the original document?
Answer: According to the Attorney General's website, you do not need an attorney to fill out the Durable POA. If you are in need of changing your address, you may want to fill out a new Durable POA and have it witnessed or notarized with the new address on it. You may also want to contact an attorney for any other questions.
