Question: Can I get my CDL if I have my mmj card?
Answer: No, while Arizona law allows the use of medical marijuana, Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) regulations are set by the federal government. Under federal law marijuana, recreational or medical, is a crime. To obtain a CDL the driver has to pass a drug test (49 CFR Part 40) and marijuana is a substance that is tested for.
