Question: My question, as we are having buyer's remorse what are the consequences for us if we don't give the $8,000.00 and do not take possession of the vehicle?

Answer: When an individual purchases a vehicle they usually have a written contract. If a person no longer wishes to fulfill the contract then they would have to look at the terms of the contract to see what the consequences are of ending it. Some contracts give you a limited time to back out of the contract without any repercussions.
