Divorce and Remarriage
questions & answers
Question: Where cam I find online "Respondent" forms for a dissolution of marriage petition?
Answer:
You may want to contact your local superior court to see whether your local court has a self service center and what forms are available.
Maricopa County Superior Court has response forms located online on the Court's website. Once on the webpage, if you have a non-covenant marriage, you can click on one of the two links for Divorce for a Non-Covenant Marriage. The link you choose depends on whether children are involved. Once you have opened that link, you will see a link for Response. That link will take you to forms and instructions. Make sure to read the instructions provided by the court.
PLEASE NOTE that if your case is not in Maricopa County and the county in which your case is located does not have forms online, you may want to check with the Clerk of the Superior Court in your county to see if they will accept the Maricopa County forms. Some forms are accepted across county lines, others are not.
