  • Employer finds any reason to down grade your work to highlight on younger coworkers. No matter how you try to succeed it is not possible as new college graduates are sought.
  • In 2011 I was late with my rent payment. I received a notice to pay or vacate. I immediately paid the rent past due and late fees in full. The following month my lease expired, I paid my rent due and moved out. Fast forward to 2013 I find out the apartment filed a forcible/special detainer. Is this legal? Am I able to dispute the judgement? Please help. Thanks
  • I have been seoerated from my husband for the last 8 week. He told me to take my two boy age 6 & 8 and move to my sisters in Nevada. I have both boys in school here and have a new job . befor my paper were filed with the Nevada. He filed in AZ. I was served today with paper stating I must return the children to Flagstaff.   • If I'm on SS/Disability and don't get paid until the 3rd of every month can my apartment manager charge me a late fee for paying rent on the third not the first of the month? I had been told by the previous manager that it's illegal for him to do so. Now the new/current manager says that he (previous Mgr) was wrong, misinformed. I need to get a straight answer.   • What's the legal way to evict my ex-husband out of my apartment? I am the only one on the lease and he is an "approved tenant". I only allowed that 2 months ago because I moved to California and still had 6 months left on my lease and at the time he was working and was suppose to pay the rent. I came back after one month and had to catch up the rent and move back in and now he's not working or contributing anything, so I want him to leave since I am the only one legally responsible for all the rent. How much notice do I have to give him to leave? My landlord said I have to evict him.
  • My wife and are married, both women, and we both are on my child's birth certificate. she is his biological mother. The problem is She about a month a half ago left to a friend's and didn't come back for 2 weeks. When she returned, she promised to get help by going to a rehab for pills, and heroin use. She then about a week later disappeared in the middle of the night at 2:30am while we all slept, to NM where she was using heroin again, admitting all of this through text messages which I still have. She is now threatening to come and take my son from me and not give him back. What can I do?
  • I lived in XXXXX apartments until June 2015. In June of 2015 I paid $406.17 to end my lease and my roomates and I signed a roommate release form saying that I was no longer on the lease. They moved out prematurely in August of 2015. Apparently a sum was sent to a collection agency for that apartment in 2016 and they included my name when they did that. I did not find out about this until I applied for an apartment for my daughter and I in May of 2017 and was denied because of this sum. I called the complex and was basically told that they cant help me. What can I do from here?
  • I was working as a health care worker and a patient didn't trust me because i was a new employee. So he made a big deal of everything making the environment difficult. I dont know whati did but he complained. My boss could have switched us out but he sent me back. He then says he could fire me and get my license took. I later find out that I resigned. I was an on call employee and he just stopped calling me in. No write ups, nothing. So i get a letter in the mail saying I quit. Do i have a case?
