what does the law say I must do if my wife dies during the night. we have a living will, power of attorney. donator list and we don't want heroic measures if there won't be s good out come. we want to be cremated (in paperwork) can I just drive her to the hospital etc?

My husband and my daughter (his stepdaughter) were in an argument and my daughter slapped my husband in the face. My husband called the police and now wants to get a restraining order. My daughter was in the wrong by getting physical but I also don't think a restraining order is needed. Where does that leave me. My daughter can never come to our house again.

After foreclosure involving a single family residence the new owner filed an unlawful detainer action against the tenants who had no rental agreement after serving them with a 90 day notice to quit. The tenants refuse to move and have not paid rent.They only had a month to month oral agreement with the former owner. One of the tenants claims that he is on parole and cannot be evicted. Is this a valid defense to the UD action?

I live in a 55+ community and have just married a younger wife under the age requirement. IThe home owner own the mobile home and pay lot fees every month for the property. The Mobile home assoc. is trying to evict my wife because of her age. Do I have any rights to prevent this or is there a required amount of time the park must give me before I have to leave.

Guardianship of 2 minors not related to myself or my fiancé.. we have two children that have been willingly given to us by there father and we would like to get temporary custody for them so we have time to start the full adoption papers... Both parents are iagreeable with us taking them but some of there other family isint happy about it. We are not requesting any money or anything from parents.
