QUESTIONS

  • How do I go about removing people who live in my house who are not on the lease. I understand they have squatters rights. How would I go about legally removing them from my home? I am not the landlord I am the tenant, but my name is on the lease and all the bills. I do not want them in my home any more they have been here illegally for about 3 months. They are not on the lease, how can I legally remove them without losing the house myself?
  • I was given a class 6 undesignated felony charge in 2008. Upon completion of my probation it was reduced to a misdemeanor by the court. Were my civil rights taken from me? Were they restored automatically when I completed probation? Can I own a firearm?

  • We've been living with my boyfriends parents and we're paying rent every month. This month we paid rent, then 2 days later we were given the rent money back and told us we have 30 days to find somewhere else to go. Then 2 weeks later they decided to let us stay and are now asking for rent money again for this month. (and we are going into an apartment next month "July") Any advice on what to do would be great!
  • I own a mobile home and rent out the space. I had come to an oral agreement with a family member for him to rent out one of the rooms within my mobile home because he was going through a hard time in 2016. Recently, he has gotten out of control (Alcohol & Drug abuse) and I fear for my safety and want him out. Can I call law enforcement to remove him after the 30 Day Notice has expire? What is the proper way to provide a 30 Day Notice? Does this document need to be notarized and mailed? or can I just post it on his door? I want to do things right and get this over with. Please help!
  • My house was foreclosed on in 2008; the 2nd Mortgage was not used to purchase the home, and the 2nd Mortgagee has now sold the "note" to a collection agency. If the 2nd Mortgagee never filed or sued me on the deficiency can the collection agency pursue the collection of this debt? Who is the holder of the written contract that I had with the original lender?
  • For the past 4 months my landlord has put the wrong name on my rent statement. All paid on time and signed by them but my name on the agreement is wrong by their doing. Could this effect me? What if I'm not getting the credit for all my paid on time rent?
  • I own my townhouse . I live in a self governed CO-OP . We vote to elect our own board We have a Management Co that we employ and pay . We have a new President on our board . I've lived here 9 yrs . This individual has lived here 2yrs . He wants to inspect every ones Home once a year now . This has never been done before and isn't in our bylaws . Is this legal ? • My Mom is an 80-year old senior with legal status, diable, no income, arrived in the US November 2007. She was just recently approved for AHCCCS Federal Emergency Services. I made an appeal to AHCCCS that she be granted a regular full coverage because of her current medical condition. What are the rights of the seniors in Arizona with the same case of my Mom in terms of health care. She has heart disease, severe arthritis, acute glaucoma that needs to be followed-up by specialists. She has been due for medical check up and needs continuous medication for the above illnesses. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
