  • The lease for my apartment ended on the 31st of the month. The office assistance told me to turn in my key on the 1st before 5pm. I did as told when I turned in the key on 1st at 3pm they said i will be charged for additional month’s rent due to the extra day i stayed in the apartment not charged for the one day but charged a whole extra $699 rent. They implied that i should have turned the key in the drop box before the office opened and were “sorry” for mis-communication. They directly told me the 1st before 5pm.

  • I am the guardian of my 2 grandchildren (their mother is my oldest daughter) she had been in a domestic violence situation with the kids dad (he is in prison until July 2016) she lives with friends, no job, possible drugs. What can I do to protect the kids and myself since Arizona tends to want to reunite children and parents. This is not a good idea with either of the biological parents. I love them to much to have them suffer. Guardian since 2010, they are age 9 and 6. suggestions?

Park management says that the lot rental payments are not transferable, and that I must sign a new rental agreement. Have looked through Title 33 Chapter 19, but not sure if anything there applies. Is it true that the park owner can "keep the rent," in a case like this?

  • I've paid a security deposit of $300 for my apt. and have a receipt. The landlord is increasing the amount to $400 and says I owe another $100! I say no!   • I am currently looking for a home to rent and have a profile on a housing site. I recently inquired about a rental home. The homeowner contacted me and asked me a series of questions. She then text me how I afford rent and utilities on Long Term Disability and also stated she is worried that my boyfriend who would be on the lease works out of town. My question is are they allowed to profile you like that. Clearly I wouldn't inquire in the home if we could not afford it. She asked if I was aware of the rental price and I expressed we pay more now where we live. She set a showing and now ignores my call
