How many people can legally occupy a 400 sq. ft. studio apt. Only one person is on the lease.

I am renting a 3 bedroom home and i' am having a lot of problems in the home and need repairs done that the agency has not accomplished anything. They sent people out to fix it and nothing has been done i have four small kids in my house and a huge leak in my haul and roof about to cave in. anytime i try to tell them something about it they give me the run around and an attitude what can i do?

While I was with my Mom at her boyfriend's house in CA, my friend and I walked in on them watching porn in the living room. They didn't hear us come in so she doesn't know that I know. my son was 18 and his girf 17yoa when she got pregnant..it was consentual and both parents talked about the situation. my son has been supporting the baby but has no legal custody. exgirf and father have been harassing my son about giving exgirf money as child support and my son told him no and exgirfs father told son that he is pressing charges on him because daugh was 17 and he was 18 when she got pregnant. he has proof of support of child with receipts. what can he do?

My fiancé moved into my house about 3 months ago from Texas. This weekend I asked him to leave and he is refusing. He does not pay or help pay any bills for the house and I am the soul owner of the house. What can I do to get him out of my house?

My mothers health has drastically changed and she only lives on social security, a very small disability bi-weekly stipend and has medicare. While my mother has been accepted for medicaid as a secondary insurance, she will have to contribute monthly of $406 so that she will be able to have full time home health care (vs only part time with medicare). This expense will make it impossible to help her pay her credit card debts off. My mother needs to contribute to medicaid but then won't have enough to pay off her debts. What are options as far as her credit cards? Should I close them (with her on the phone) and let them know that she is unable to pay so we'd need a settlement price? Or just walk away? I am unsure of her options as my original plan was to help her pay them off one by one.

Can an HOA stop or fine a person for using a motorcycle stating that we are creating noise pollution? The motorcycle is my main form of transportation to work. I didn't see anything about use of a motorcycle during certain hours.
