  • My fiancee was verbally told today that I had to remove myself from the mobile home park because of Rejection of Application for Residency, something I applied for 3 months ago and heard nothing. I was not given any notice nor told to leave by the management. Can they tresspass me from the trailer park?
  • My husband and I have been married 30 years. In the divorce papers he filed I am to receive nothing. I want to fight for spousal maintenance. I only work part time and have for 20 years. I have osteo arthritis in my knees and it is difficult to for me to get around. What are my rights? Also, all the stress he has put me under made me have a minor heart attack a few months ago. What about medical. I know when the divorce is final it ends. I can't get it through my job. It's too expensive. What are my rights?

  • I was divorced 05/19/16. Part of the settlement was I got the marital home (w/no mortgage). I allowed my ex to stay in the marital home and share household expenses. I now want to sell the house. Do I have to evict him? He homesteads another property and gets no mail at marital residence.
  • My father passed away in September, 2016. I am the executor of his estate and I have a lawyer representing me and the estate. His house is paid off but he has a 7,000 home equity line of credit. There is no money in the estate to pay any bills except the utilities. It is for sale and hopefully will be sold soon. I received an Act 91 notice. Can a house be foreclosed on that is in probate? There is no money to pay the home equity line of credit bill or the taxes owed till the house is sold

  • Because of the current coronavirus pandemic both my daughter and son-in-law will be laid off indefinitely. Their current lease ends 6/15/20. They notified rental office that they would like to end lease 6 weeks early (end of April) because of this financial hardship. They will live with us until things get back to normal. They have given rental company 45 day notice that they will vacate apartment at the end of April. Rental company is telling them that they will have to pay 2 month penalty for breaking a lease 6 weeks early. This does not sound right during this healthcare emergency!
