The Manager says I have to fix my driveway because it is crumbling and full of holes that were there when I rented their lot 20 years ago and now are worse because the driveway was thin and inferior. I have not signed a document that says I am responsible for the repair of their driveway. Do I have to repair their driveway?

we are married, my wife and i had our differences, we were getting back together, and one day she got sick, and then passed away, but before that, we had 3 girls together, but now the grandmother says that I abandoned them, and was served with paperwork. do i still have the right to be their father, if we are still leagally married? I do have the right to go there with an officer and pick up my children.

Hi, I am a graduate student who just completed my PhD in Neuroscience. I recently received my first ever speeding ticket in Arizona for excessive speeding. It is called a criminal speeding ticket. I have an otherwise clean driving record. The speeding ticket was issued at a moment of non focus and I was not consistently driving at the high speed. I cannot afford to hire a lawyer and am worried about a conviction. Also, I live out of state and am applying for permanent residency. Can you adivse me about pleading guilty to such a charge or help with hiring an attorney.

We've been renting our house for 5 years and our AC/Heat bills have always been high. We just found out that the garage that our landlord converted into a bedroom has no insulation. Does this room legally need to be insulated? And if so, is he responsible to refund us a portion for the unusually high bills?

(Bold) SUMMER MONTHS OR SCHOOL BREAK LONGER THAN 4 DAYS: (Unbold) The weekday and weekend schedule described above will apply for all 12 calendar months EXCEPT: Each Parent is entitled to a one week period of vacation time with the children. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. Each parent shall be entitled to one additional week of vacation with the children in each year. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. This document does not state anything about school. Which document prevails?

I have lived in same Apt for 11 yrs, on my 3rd landlord, no lease , month to month. Recently he raised my rent again, 2nd time in 2.5 yrs. Now he renting the vacent apts for less than what I have to pay now. Is that legal??
