My sister has poa and is not looking out for moms best interest she stole her house and she is jealous of moms and my relationship mom has Alzheimer's and my sister had her sign the house over to her then put her in the nursing home I recently applied for guardianship I just want to be included in the depictions for mom well she sent me a hand written letter saying I could not dee my mom. Can she do that and can the nursing home stop me she tried getting a court order and the judge denied it. This request is not from a judge she wrote it. So I can I go see my mom?

My friend and I was pulled out of the store .possible stolen vehicle.report was called in from border patrol, the Sheriffs department was called in for back and I was arrested for findings from the search. The truck wasn't stolen and our word against them in regards to the giving permission . My question is the responsibility of probable cause by transfer of authority does that diminish when the Border Patrol reported the stolen vehicle does that give probable cause to the sheriff by proxy there should be some case law the states if there was no probable cause by the Border Patrol

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

We sent rent check through certified mail (don't trust property manager). However, they are not at their offices, and now refuse to pick it up from post office. They said they will charge late fees because rent is not paid.. Can they do this?
