if i file my taxes on the first of febuary, when should i get them back?

We turned in the emergency form ARS 33-1361 for our landlord to repair leaks and mold that is growing from these leaks. Once the 5 days are up and no repairs have been made, what are the steps to take afterwards?

My boyfriend got arrested a few days ago in Phoenix for a supposed probation violation when he wasn't even on probation in the first place. The city of Scottsdale put a hold on him for an unpaid warrant from years ago for underage drinking and driving under the influence. The Phoenix jail said if I paid a bond of $50 dollars the charge of probation violation would be taken care of and then the city of Scottsdale would have 72 hours to pick him up or he'd be released. When I sent his mother to pay the $50 dollar bond they told her there was no $50 dollar bond and that the bond was $2,550 but that is what he owes the city of Scottsdale and they still haven't picked him up. Now they are telling him he is going to court AGAIN for the Phoenix charge and then after that they'll transfer him to Scottsdale to wait to go to court for those charges. I don't have a job or $2,550 dollars or anything worth nearly that much. I'm afraid he's going to end up being in jail PAST MY SCHEDULED C-SECTION. I'm due in 37 days. Any advice? Please help,.

If I text and tell my landlord that I'm moving out on a certain day and don't even though my lease Isent up until Sept. Could she take me to court and have me removed because of the text or is the text hearsay

My landlord seems to be blowing off some of my repair improvement requests on the house I'm renting. These requests include sealing the 3 doors to enter the house, open electrical outlets, the water heater makes the loud popping noises, insulation and overall sealing of the house. We get a lot of bugs inside, some of the wood post that hold up the carport are not secured to the roof. Even though the roof had been repaired before we moved in, there are still many spots around the house that are very visible, that it's obviously rotted wood. Am I allowed to renegotiate my rent?

I used to work for the park I live in,they paid my rent. I was let go mid month, i contacted the managers boss,On November 2nd. the manager mailed out a 7-day eviction notice to me for non-payment of rent. I am awaiting disability to come in,i can only work 20hrs. max a week. I was not given any time to set-up a payment plan as others here have been able to do. The manager locks the door when she see's me coming to her office. I own the trailer but rent the spot. The eviction notice was not signed by anyone. Is this a Legal notice? I feel this is Retaliation!! what can I do ??

I have a deadbeat stepson that is 20 years old who won't do anything to help himself.He says he does not need to get a job & says I have to take care of him. What are my rights & options to get him out of my house. I am a renter so I don't know if that matters.
