What if my husband has control over my phone and computer with media scanner on them? i can rename a file or try to reset my phone or computer and all the same info are still on them. i have tried to do this with my phone while my husband is in another part of our trailer and he gets mad at me and says if i ruin his phone he'll break mine?

Aunt was AZ resident and died in AZ. Using small estate affidavit to obtain balance in checking account from AZ bank (large national bank). I live in FL. If financial institution wants the affidavit certified by the court, would I have to appear in person or could it be done via mail? Thank you

I have moved into a home where there is cockroaches. The landlord has been notified via email and has sprayed and bombed the place but the roaches are still here. Also my air conditioner doesn't cool my apartment properly the temperature is usually at 80 or more all day long. He says that this is adequate even though I have 2 fans I bought just to stay cool. Can I pay my rent to court and ask the court to force him to fix these problems?

I sings a lease on 2/6/2013 for 1 year.my lease is up on 2/6/2014.But because they did messed up on my lease. It is the part that says CONCESSIONS and my lease has $000. They want me to sing a renewed lease that has 1812.00. Do I have to sing the new lease. Or can I make them stay with the old lease that I sings. That is up on 2/6/2014. My Landlord has started Eviction proceedings and has become quite vicious about the whole issue. I do not dispute the fact that I am late with the rent. (Serious Medical Issues arose) and have been attempting to make arrangements for the arrears and current amounts due. He is refusing to discuss that option. He is now adding that I am a problem to the other neighbors, in addition huge maintenance list he has told me has cost the landlord undue stress and hardship. I have over 100 pictures available to show the condition upon move in and he refuses to see them as well. Opinions?

I have a small family with two children under 1yr facing eviction and I was talking with the assistant manager trying to come to some sort of payment plan and this was Monday because Court was that Thursday I was told by the assistant manager of the apartment complex that if I was planing on pay the rent in full with all the late fees ect, on Friday, that I should not miss work to go to my court hearing on Thursday! so I mist court I didn't have the complete amount Owed to pay and now we are about to be on the streets!
