Does AZ expedite people back to their home states because they willing unpaided child support?

I own mobile home but rent the land. Problem with the electric pole in the back of the house which has the meter and a junction box containing the main breaker switch. SRP power said main breaker was bad and needed replacing. Who's responsibility for cost is it, mine or the land owner

I don't know if you can help us or maybe direct us to someone who can. KayKay Properties took over as managers of our apartment building. This is not an assisted living facility, but regular low income senior apartments. I am one of the original tenant and the other original tenants and we have gone through several managers. But this company has come in and is trying to dictate to us, change rules that make so sense and threaten with evictions. We have been told that none of our grandchildren under the age of 18 can spend the night with us anymore, if they do, we will be evicted. If someone is on medical marijuana they can't smoke it in their apartment, they have to leave the building and smoke in the parking lot. If they smoke in the building they will be evicted. We can't go to check out mail in our robes, if we do we will be evicted. They will spray for roaches, but we have to count the number of dead ones, and if they have to spray again we have to pay for it. If we don't pay for the exterminator, we will be evicted. If any of us are ill and need family or friends to help us, we have to let management know who they are, where they work and how much they make, if not...you guessed it, we will be evicted. My son father has custody. he is always late for my visitation, bad mouths me in front of my son. My son keeps telling me he is scared of his dad and he hits and yells at him and he doesn't want to go back. I'm scared for his safety. My apartment building is newly owned by a new company. They're saying that everything that was okayed by the old apartment manager does not mean anything so my boyfriend and I live together we are not currently under a lease and she's saying that he can't be here even though neither of us have a lease and we have both been residing here for a few months now

My children relocated to New York three years ago because of mother's job. Since, mother has not complied with the parenting order, failing to send them back for father's parenting time on several occasions. The two children are currently with father for summer vacation. Both children told father of regularly being left alone overnight. The children are 6 and 8. They are scheduled according to the parenting time order to go back to New York at the end of August (less than 7 weeks). What can I do to keep them from returning to that environment?

I recently went to court and got my case kicked out for the reason i sent the 5 day notice via certified mail and didn't wait 10 days to file a forcible detainer?... i waited 7 days?. the judge said it is 5 days for serving it by hand but 10 if it is done certified mail? is this right? thanks

I wish to file for a divorce. My wife left the country with my daughter. Do I use the "with children" or "without children " packet since the judge does not have child support jurisdiction here? I do not know the whereabouts of my daughter at this time. Thank you.
