What should you do if you have lost your job and cannot afford to pay child support?

My Mother lived in and owned property in Sun City, AZ for about 30 yrs. She had two living children whom have had a rather toxic relationship. She had a living trust and her son is named Successor Trustee. In 2003 she suffered a small stroke and (while still mentally alert) she had a problem with her speaking ability. As a result, she retired as Trustee and named her son who divides his time between New Mexico and Alaska. Her son physically relocated her to New Mexico about 10 months before she passed in Feb. 2011. He had sold her property in AZ in Sept 2010 but moved all her personal belongings to his property in NM prior to that date. Her remains are interred in AZ. Which state would have jurisdiction if a probate proceeding is necessary? (i.e.- Say the Successor Trustee fails to act?)

I had a misdemeanor for which I was offered anger management. I have completed the course. It is my first offense. I am about to graduate from a master's program . Is it possible to get this expunged or something close to it? Will this issue show up in other state?

Can my landlord continue to fine me HOA fees for a dead tree in my yard? I looked at my leases and it says I’m responsible for yard maintenance but paying to have a whole tree cutdown doesn’t seem like maintenance to me. It alters the property and I rent this house not own it. I’ve went back and forth with them on this and they stop responding to me and attached fines to my rent.

My boyfriend and I been in relationship since 2009 we has 1 kid and she is 20 months. My boyfriend passed away just last week. I know still and grief but thinking about my daughter future made me to act ASAP I think I need to take care of my daughter's inheritance. Because I don’t feel my boyfriend family is like us. I want to know if this is possible will happen the following question: 1 – Can I open or intervene in probate of my boyfriend's estate? 2 – Can I file a child support from my boyfriend estate? 3 - Do I might need to file a claim as a creditor?

My father remarried two years ago. His health is taking a turn for the worse and he will need assisted living soon. They currently live in independent living with a meal plan. His own retirement is enough to cover the cost of assisted living, but his new wife is spending money on groceries that they don't need - about 900 dollars a month. The family is thinking of getting my dad out of this situation, but we don't know what the best thing to do is. What steps should we take?

Informed my complex that I was shopping for a house 7 months ago. At that time I asked what was needed to break the leases, afraid I would have to pay both a lease and a mortgage. They told me I would just be responsible for a 60 day notice and a fine of approximately $45 for every month I received a discounted rate by signing a 13 month lease. I learned the day before the prorated rent was due, I was also responsible for a full months rent, I do not have the funds. I paid the prorated. Is there a standard of time that I can make payments before it goes to collections? Please help.

my sons mother was just incarcerated this week for laiure to appear in court and two days later was arrested on another charge of burglary and armed robbery. as you can see she is not doing well and i fear for my sons well being i dont know where he lives, she kept him away from me and i do pay child support . how can i have him placed in my home i work i have two other kids and a extra bedroom for him. please help me

I am a widow who remarried 5years ago in June of 2010 my spouse has not worked steadily for the past four years and not at all for the last three years. He moved into my home when we met and things started getting bad right after we got married I told him I wanted a divorce and he told me to go ahead and file, that he can stay living here in my house for 2 years after I file legally.  I do have a prenuptial agreement. Is this true?

I have informed my landlord of 2 leaks in the vent that connects my A/C unit to the house over a month ago. How long do they have to complete these repairs? Electric bills have been about $300 on a low income for 835 sq. ft. single story unit.
