I recently got arrested for Domestic Violence as a misdemeanor. I have a clean record and never been arrested before. Also the victim isn't pressing charges and it was a misunderstanding. What will my sentence be if I'm going to be currently seeking counseling.

My neighbors have been adding on to their property since December, I hear electric saws, compressors, electric drills everyday. They don't have a permit. This is right outside my windows, and the noise is unbearable. I've talked with the managers office staff and they say that have sent them letter to desist and stop. The neighbors are still building. At the end of the day my ears hurt badly and I have constant headaches. What can I do to stop this?

I previously had a custody hearing in front of the mediator with my ex husband. My new boyfriend was his friend and we all hung out every weekend. We are getting divorced now and I'm seeing his friend. We decided on 50/50 custody. But he doesn't want his old friend, my current boyfriend, near our 3 year old son cause he had a couple bar fight charges and a drug charge 5 years ago. My new boyfriend was always at are house with us and our son. Now he's harmful?The mediator decided we can't live together until a hearing. So he asked to modify it a week later now, he can't even be in public with him. What do I do?

I would like to know if I have any recourse for management abuse in the community that I live. The managers are sending threatening notices about speeding in the park and proceed to stop and watch me drive through the park whenever they see me. I was going the posted speed limit yesterday and the manager was yelling and gesturing to me to slow down. The abuse has got to stop. We are being targeted. I am sending a complaint letter to the company that owns the park, but I would like to know my legal recourse to file an official complaint with the state housing dept.

I'm an owner/landlord of a single family home, which I rented to an individual with an option to purchase. He never exercised the option, and eventually defaulted on rent, and moved out. Problem is I recorded in the public record a document showing that he paid an amount toward the purchase of the house. I should not have done this because now I cannot refinance or sell the property due to a 'cloud on title. I contacted former renter to sort out issue, but he refuses to cooperate - leaving me stuck. My ex would like to take our two children to CA during a school week. We have two conflicting documents. The Parenting Plan For: Joint Custody with Joint Custody Agreement states as follows: B. (Bold) SUMMER MONTHS OR SCHOOL BREAK LONGER THAN 4 DAYS: (Unbold) The weekday and weekend schedule described above will apply for all 12 calendar months EXCEPT: Each Parent is entitled to a one week period of vacation time with the children. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. Each parent shall be entitled to one additional week of vacation with the children in each year. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. This document does not state anything about school. Which document prevails?

In mid October I agreed to let a female army veteran stay in my camp trailer for two weeks. We have no contract and I didn't ask for rent but she said she would help out. I ran an electricic an cord to the trailer and told her to use a bathroom in the house. It's December 15th and she's still here. So far she's contributed $35 towards food and utilities and recieved mail. Twice she threatened to call the police because she has the right to shower and to use my electricity. I would like to know how to remove her by Christmas without a legal battle, what rights she actually has, mine also.
