I have a 7 year old sister from my father and his ex-wife has custody. she hasn't let me even talk to her in about 3 1/2 years, except when I was with my father, but i don't live with my father and I was curious if i could file something in the courts to compel her to at least let me talk to her on the phone?

Is it against the law for my creditor (car dealership)to contstanly contact me at work even after I have verbally requested them not to? What can I do to protect my employment as them constanly calling may jeopordize my employment?

THE JUDGE HANDELING MY DIVORCE HAS TAKEN THE ISSUE UNDER ADVISEMENT IN REGARDS TO SOME MONEY I WANT THAT MY MOM IN LAW HAS FROM OUR INCOME TAX RETURN, HOW LONG DOES THE JUDGE HAVE BEFORE HE HAS TO ENTER A DECIOSSION OF HOW TO DIVIDE THE MONEY BETWEEN MY X AND I, OR WHO WILL GET THE MONEY? ITS BEEN OVER ONE MONTH NOW AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE DIVORCE DECREE IN THE MAIL. WE ALREADY HAD THE TRIAL, ALL I AM WAITING ON IS THIS ISSUE UNDER ADVISEMENT. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE OR THE LEGAL TIME LIMIT FOR THIS? THANKS.

Isnt there a law that states how much you can charge rent by square footage? I ask because its seems to be ridiculous to charge $650 for a 350 sq ft studio.

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? How long does a landlord have to return partial payment in their possession, after no documents were signed outlining date rent will be cured from tenant? Can they legally proceed while excluding the partial payment in their possession from the court documentation summons all together? No 5 day notice was received via certified mail and no agreement entered into that they can accept partial payment and still pursue to evict. Please help.

My first former spouse already receives a portion of my military retirement. Can my military retirement or a portion of it be awarded to my 2nd former spouse?

I recently leased my home to a family. The house is 4300 sqft has a shelved/ closeted garage, an attic and a shed. The tenants have storage space within the house and a small amount of space in the garage. I left some of my belongings in the attic, the garage and household items in the shed. Am I allowed to store my belongings in my garage and attic as it is still my house.
