  • im 17 years old and a few weeks ago my mother kicked me out. i had one of my friends there to witness, and her mom. now my mom is wanting me to go back, but do i have the legal right not to? its a very unstabkle home, ive been forced to live with her since my father died but now i cant take it anymore. our fights scare me and often have gotten physical since i was 14. Do i have any rights here? im not neccisarily looking into emancipation but id like to have gaurdianship switched to someone i trust.

  • My mother passed away. She does have a will and I was nominated as the executer and trustee. I am the sole beneficiary. She only has a bank account but when the account was setup nobody was on the account but her. no payable unpon death. What is required by the bank for me to access the account to begin paying for her expences? Her will did state that I shoud have immediate access without going through the courts.
  • I have customers at work that have past due invoices that I try to collect on. Usually a certified letter works because they sign that they received the letter. But now I have someone that did not get the demand letter, so what is the next step that I attempt to collect with out hiring an agency?
